About the role

This newly created role as the Team Administrator will see you will be providing support to the Property and Facilities Management teams with their portfolios across multiple sectors of the property industry. An exciting opportunity to bring your administrative skills to a new role and mould it to suit you skill set!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helpdesk & purchase order management
  • Key management
  • Contractor liaison and scheduling
  • Invoice processing
  • Adhoc administrative tasks requested by the broader team

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Positive ‘can do’ team attitude to be wiling to assist with a variety of tasks
  • Great communication skills to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and team members
  • Prior experience in property and facilities management
