About the role

As the face of the company stationed at main Reception, you will oversee the daily running of the office, from meeting room bookings to executive support. No two days will be the same, with tasks covering, but not limited to:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Director visitors and clients
  • Servicing meeting rooms
  • Diary management for Executives
  • Document printing, production and filing

About you
To thrive in this role you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the property sector
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • A bubbly and engaging personality with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
