About the Role
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality service outcomes in line with client expectations. You will manage the operational, safety, and administrative aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative standards. This role requires leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on continual service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of services meets or exceeds customer KPIs and service level expectations.
- Monitor operational performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting service excellence.
- Manage administrative functions, including compliance and reporting, to meet quality standards.
- Oversee occupational health and safety measures to minimise workplace incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead contractor management, from selection and engagement to performance monitoring and compliance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Preferably degree or trade qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ facilities management or maintenance experience.
- Prior experience leading multi-site facility management contracts.
- A proven track record in operational management within a service industry environment.
- Background in construction, facilities management, contract management, or providing services to the retail sector.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Behavioural Safety Management training.
- Detailed understanding of key management systems and processes.
- Significant experience in delivering high-quality work outputs.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work autonomously without local supervision.
