About the role

As a Property Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management department whilst also contributing to providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations​. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with lease administration, including tenant setups and compliance processes.
  • Managing email and phone enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting finance tasks, including rent invoicing, arrears management, and month-end reporting.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as preparing meeting agendas and reports.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties and tenant news​.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring your prior experience within the commercial property industry as well as:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work​.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office will be highly regarded.
