About the role
As a Property Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management department whilst also contributing to providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with lease administration, including tenant setups and compliance processes.
- Managing email and phone enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Supporting finance tasks, including rent invoicing, arrears management, and month-end reporting.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as preparing meeting agendas and reports.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties and tenant news.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring your prior experience within the commercial property industry as well as:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office will be highly regarded.
