About the role
You will be working closely with the Asset Managers to drive and execute asset plans and strategies across an industrial and logistics portfolio while being supported by a dedicated team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a high-level of tenant service and satisfaction
- Financial preparation, management and reporting
- Manage accurate documentation such as registers, insurances and contracts
- Ensure tenants are compliant to their lease obligations
- Maintain high level of occupancy, working closely with leasing on any vacancies
- Prepare properties for lease and vacating, including tenancy fit-out coordination and make-goods
- Collaborate with and oversee the facility managers
- Assist with valuing potential acquisitions
- Implement and manage sustainability initiatives
About you
To ensure your success, this position requires:
- Bachelor degree is essential
- Commercial property management experience is required
- Experience preparing budgets and financial
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
