About the role
Reporting directly to the Asset Manager, you will be managing a high performing industrial estate in Melbourne. Your role as Property Manager will work closely with the Asset Manager to execute asset strategies, and be supported by an experienced Facilities Management team, plus finance, legal and administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain existing relationships with ng term customers.
- Prepare arrears reports, budgets and reforecasting.
- Review and manage expense accruals.
- Code, execute and manage property-related documents, including invoices.
- Assist the Asset Manager with rent reviews, renewals and monthly reporting.
About you
To be successful in this role, we require you to have:
- Experience managing industrial or retail properties.
- Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV Real Estate
- Property (or related) degree will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of MRI and an understanding of accrual accounting principles will be highly desired.
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- A positive, passionate and pro-active approach.
