About the role
As a Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting property management operations across both residential and non-residential portfolios. Your responsibilities will include lease administration, tenant communications, rent reviews, arrears follow-ups, and data management in property systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and experience in property administration.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue residential rent review reports, notices of proposed rent increases, and routine inspection notices.
  • Manage tenant correspondence regarding rental agreements and lease modifications.
  • Track and follow up on overdue insurance expiries, update certifications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in arrears management by following up with tenants using standard templates and escalating issues as required.
  • Support data integrity by maintaining and updating lease records, valuation data, and safety check records.

    About you
    To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in property administration or lease management within residential and/or commercial real estate.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to liaise with tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
