About the role

This is an integral role to continue their success by providing high-level financial support and stakeholder engagement across a mixed portfolio. Working within the upbeat and supportive finance team, you will be working across budgeting, forecasting & reporting including in-depth variance analysis and commentaries.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Prepare, review, and process month-end reporting including advanced level variance commentaries
  • Assist in the preparation of annual asset budgets and forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, working with multiple departments to ensure all financial processes are followed and asset financial performance is reviewed accordingly
  • Bring your experienced skill set and prior knowledge to help with process improvement and team collaboration

About you
To be successful in this role it is essential to have:

  • Strong knowledge of property accounting principles is essential
  • The ability to work across multiple entities with conflicting deadlines
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
  • High level experience in budgeting, reporting & analysis commentaries
  • High level engagement skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong passion for numbers and being able to translate them into concise commentaries for non-finance team members
