About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Project Manager for our client based in the Southwest region of Melbourne. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with the senior projects team to align with the asset management maintenance framework.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage planned maintenance programs using the CMMS system (FMI).
- Coordinate quarterly meetings with contractors.
- Receive comprehensive online training to effectively manage the system.
- Ensure that maintain activities align with the organisational goals and standards.
- Assist with Facilities related works.
About you
- Background in building services, facilities, project management and/or maintenance.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Strong communication skills.
