About the role

As the Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of all components of lease negotiation and administration. Supporting the Legal Counsel in the instruction negotiation, process, and administration of all components of retail and commercial lease preparation, finalisation, execution and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and confirmation of new lease instructionfrom Asset and Portfolio Managers
  • Coordinating the posting of documentation with legal council as well as the preparation of letters accompanying such documentation
  • Promptly fielding and responding to daily queries from all areas of the business
  • Updating the lease admin tracker with the status of leases and ancillary documentation throughout each day
  • Creating reports for landlords, reporting on the status of documentation

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in leasing administration, coupled with a proven customer service focus and ability to deliver quality completed work.
