About the Role
This is a pivotal senior management position responsible for overseeing HR management, compliance, and operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive compliance and risk management strategies while shaping the HR framework to support the organisation’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee industrial relations compliance, ensuring adherence to awards and contracts.
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, terminations, and development of job descriptions.
  • Implement training programs and lead toolbox talks to enhance team capabilities.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and risk standards.
  • Manage payroll processes and support strategic growth initiatives.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in HR management, compliance, and risk management; preferably within the facilities management industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools like Employment Hero (payroll) and Arroflow (work order management).
