About the role

As the Finance Manager you will work alongside the broader finance team, managing the financial aspects of various property portfolios.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations, monthly P&L reports, GL reconciliations and oversee statutory and taxation requirements
  • Prepare, review and present quarterly updates to investors
  • Analyse and report on actuals inline with budgets for required portfolios
  • Identify areas for financial/operational process improvement and implement key changes to improve efficiencies and accuracy

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience in finance within the property industry
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using MYOB and Xero
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is highly beneficial
