About the role
As a Facilities Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services across a portfolio for a national retailer. You will ensure delivery of operations and maintenance while fostering positive stakeholder relationships. Your proactive approach to safety, cost management, and service delivery excellence will drive success in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and delivering operational services in line with service level agreements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating service standards to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Leading initiatives to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Managing subcontractors to uphold performance standards and cost efficiency.

About you

To ensure your success, you will be required to have:

  • Prior experience working in a facilities management role which has a high volume of work orders across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
  • Minimum of 5 years of facilities management or maintenance experience.
  • A proven track-record in operational management and service delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and key management systems.
  • A customer centric approach with excellent communication skills.
