About the role:

As the Facilities Manager, you will report to the Procurement Manager and work closely with the wider Facilities Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing planned and reactive maintenance, procurement, and minor works across a multi-site portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all maintenance work orders are handled efficiently, consistently and to a high standard.
  • Make sure the presentation of all sites is held to a high standard.
  • Overseeing and project managing minor capital works projects.
  • Contractor performance management.
  • Contribute to portfolio performance reporting requirements.
  • Liaising with service providers to coordinate quote requests and work orders.

About you:

To excel in this role, you’ll need a proven track record in facilities services delivery and conducting building and property inspections. In addition, extensive knowledge and significant experience managing building maintenance or projects related to building services and infrastructure are essential. Exposure to a property environment acting on behalf of a landlord, as well as experience working on a multi-site portfolio.
