About the role
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, delivering a high level of service across multiple areas including vendor management, health and safety, finance, and risk management. This role is integral in maintaining high standards across our client’s facilities, supporting efficient site operations, and upholding best practices in property management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet client expectations and respond to stakeholder needs.
  • Assist in managing vendor performance, including procurement and service quality.
  • Support financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely work order management.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits, assisting with safety compliance and incident management.
  • Support site inspections and implement operational improvements, ensuring facilities meet all standards.

About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in facilities, property management, or a related field, with knowledge of safety requirements and property systems, such as fire protection and HVAC, being advantageous. Strong client focus, excellent communication for relationship management, and solid organisational skills to manage multiple tasks are essential. This role also calls for proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
