About the role
As the building Concierge, you will be the face of the building, ensuring all tenants and guests have the best possible experience from the moment they enter the building. Your role will encompass strong customer service skills, great organisational and responsiveness abilities, as well as a collaborative and team focused approach to day to day tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide prompt, courteous and personalised service to all guests and tenants.
- Resolve any guest/tenant complaints as promptly, professionally and efficiently as possible.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations to guests and tenants on any queries regarding the building and services available
- Follow building procedures including opening and closing, security, guest access, passes, bookings & deliveries.
- Hourly building walk throughs to ensure the building is free of hazards and ensure customer experience is optimal
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring your previous customer service experience (either in property or hospitality) coupled with a strong ability to learn on the job and be involved in a customer focused environment. Your willingness to be a part of a team and work collaboratively will be imperative to your success in the role.
