About the role
As the Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the precinct, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for all tenants, guests, and visitors. Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will play a key role in visitor management, tenant engagement, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalised service to all tenants and visitors.
• Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and be a key point of contact for information and assistance.
• Handle visitor management, including access passes, bookings, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular lobby walks, particularly during peak times.
• Assist in promoting precinct facilities and engaging with tenants to foster a connected community.

  About you
  To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role within hospitality or commercial property management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A polished and professional presentation.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
• The ability to adapt quickly to various personalities and situations.
