About the role
As the Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the precinct, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for all tenants, guests, and visitors. Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will play a key role in visitor management, tenant engagement, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and personalised service to all tenants and visitors.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and be a key point of contact for information and assistance.
- Handle visitor management, including access passes, bookings, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular lobby walks, particularly during peak times.
- Assist in promoting precinct facilities and engaging with tenants to foster a connected community.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have: - Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role within hospitality or commercial property management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A polished and professional presentation.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
- The ability to adapt quickly to various personalities and situations.
