About the role
As the Workplace Concierge, you will be reporting to the Workplace Services Manager, and will be responsible in coordinating, supporting and overseeing the provision of all front of house operations; management of the concierge desk, client arrival/events meet & greet, rooming clients, catering orders, client & partners recognition, rooming clients, all concierge same day requests and first point of contact for daily event-related.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate Concierge services to ensure all tasks & requests are completed in a timely and highly efficient and effective manner.
- Manage the functional mailbox and front desk.
- Maintain client relationships by providing information about processes, responding to problems and seeking feedback on services.
- Receive deliveries from courier / mail providers.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks and ad hoc operational support as required.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to have completed Year 12 or an equivalent qualification. Holding a certificate in Hospitality Operations, or a comparable credential, would be a further advantage. Your strong proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word, coupled with experience in event management booking systems, reservations, and switchboard operations, is desirable.
