Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with a property fund and investment manager who specialise in acquiring, divesting and maximising the performance of their investments specifically in the commercial property market.

About the role
You will be responsible for the management of quality, high performing office buildings while working directly with the Asset Manager to develop and execute asset strategies, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals. Working in a small team, this is an exceptional opportunity to develop the skills to become an Asset Manager, providing vast exposure to all facets of an asset’s lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain trusted relationships with tenants, providing resolution to enquiries
  • Ensure effective management of rental arrears and resolution
  • Manage and negotiate lease reviews and renewals
  • Prepare financial reports, including budgets and forecasting
  • Inspect properties and liaise maintenance with the Facility Manager
  • Accurately record and manage tenant property related documents and data

About you
To ensure your success, you will be required to have:

  • Agents Representative Certificate (VIC)
  • Formal qualifications in property (or related field)
  • Experience managing a portfolio of a similar nature, however other sectors may be considered
  • Highly developed organisation and communication skills
