About the role
As part of the Asset Management team, you will be managing a premium business park incorporating office, industrial and minimal retail properties. Your role as Property Manager will work closely with the Asset Manager to maximise the assets performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop relationships with large corporate tenants, providing a high-level of customer service.
- Financial preparation and reporting, including outgoings, reconciliations and arrears management.
- Manage rent reviews and assist with lease renewals and negotiations.
- Prepare, execute and manage property related documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including, facility managers and project teams.
About you
To be successful in this role, our client is seeking an established Commercial Property Manager with:
- Formal qualification, ideally in property will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of valuations will be highly regarded.
- Understand property-related accounting principles and financial acumen.
- Energetic, passionate, driven and self-motivated to deliver high-standards and customer service.
- Enjoy working with a collaborative and positive team environment and confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
