Based in their Melbourne office with flexibility to work from home, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team of experienced property professionals, working on one of their key client’s portfolio giving you exposure to planning and infrastructure.

The Position

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a diverse sector portfolio for a key client. You will be working in a team of 10, with support from an assistant, lease administration and facilities management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tenancy management
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts
  • Manage rent reviews and lease proposals
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation
  • Assist with outsourcing valuations and leasing
  • Liaise with the Facility Manager
  • Ensure compliance, codes and standards
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you

  • Agents Representative Certificate is required
  • Experience managing or supporting the management of a portfolio
  • Knowledge of legislation and requirements
  • Understand property-related documents
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Develop professional relationships
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
