About the role

Reporting directly to the Director you will be responsible for the management of two inner-city office buildings and smaller commercial buildings on behalf of their key investment clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Ensure effective management of rental arrears.
  • Manage and negotiate lease reviews and renewals.
  • Prepare financial reports, including budgets and forecasting.
  • Accurately record and manage tenant property related documents and data.

About you

To ensure your success, you will be required to have:

  • Agents Representative Certificate (VIC).
  • Experience managing office buildings, ideally in the inner-city or CBD.
  • Must have experience preparing budgets and forecasting.
  • Maturity and professionalism required to liaise with astute high-net-worth investors.
  • Highly developed organisation and communication skills.
