About the Role

As the Client Relations & Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the client relations process from prospecting and lead generation to client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and ensuring seamless service delivery for both new and existing clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development of CRS initiatives, networking efforts, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting, market research, and lead generation to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales (CRS) process, including client introductions, pitching, and proposal leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand visibility.
  • Oversee competitor analysis, pipeline tracking, and reporting to optimise sales strategies.
