Forum Recruitment are proud to partner with a privately owned property group who are the independent manager of a multi-national retail brand’s portfolio and responsible for the management, development, acquisitions and divestments. They are seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to support the ongoing success of existing assets and portfolio growth.
The Position
As the Assistant Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing lease and tenancy administration across the portfolio and will play an integral role as the key liaison for the Asset Management team and internal/external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lease administration and management
- Portfolio reporting
- Document management
- Portfolio administration
- Arrears management
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders, i.e. tenants and leasing agents
About you
- Commercial property administration experience
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Attention to detail, organisation, time management and process driven
- Agents Representative Certificate and/or tertiary qualification will be highly regarded
