About the role
As the Asset Data Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of asset data, ensuring timely updates, compliance, and quality standards. You will manage asset-related activities, liaise with key stakeholders, and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and capitalisation. This role plays a critical part in achieving contract performance targets while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage asset data from various sources, including supplier reports and capital work orders.
  • Build and maintain the asset register for new stores, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and evaluate asset performance, providing analysis and reports to customers.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legislative requirements.

    About you
    To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A degree or trade qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilities management or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of asset management systems and maintenance plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with high standards of work output and a collaborative team approach.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Oracle, or SAP is highly regarded.
