About the Role
Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Administration Coordinator is a vital part of the contract team, providing business administration services that ensure smooth service outcomes. From handling customer support to managing records, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance, this role is central to the team’s success. The Administration Coordinator also builds strong relationships with stakeholders and promotes the company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative support, including data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain information management systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate HSEQ paperwork, manage contractor inductions, and support safety compliance.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and contractual documentation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong organisational and self-management skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong financial skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data and produce accurate results
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within the Facilities Management, Cleaning, Trades or Construction industries highly preferred
